In 2006 Ross Dalziel and TIm Lambert setup SoundNetwork a network for artists to support sound based artistic practice in the North West of the UK and beyond, supported by Arts Council England with past project partners like FACT, Futuresonic, folly, Liverpool Culture Company, The Arts Organisation, The Linux Outlaws, HIVE, STATIC, Castlefield Gallery, Owl Project and Liverpool Biennial
