Public Intervention commissioned by Centrum Sztuki Współczesnej Łaźnia part of "Under The Bridge' curated by Agnieszka Kulizinska, Rita Slater and Kevin Hunt
Artists from Poland and artists from Liverpool and the UK made public interventions in and around specific areas that represented an urban space in flux or a boundary between 2 different areas, socially or economically, two bridges in Garston in Liverpool and Gdansk Poland.
Close Enconters was a gestural event that aimed to disrupt the normal workings of the canal and tourist system within Gdansk using a cardboard model of a galleon, the local canoeing club and a mobile advertising board playing a sound recording around the city
